Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for STORE CREDIT only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within ten (2) days of receipt in case you realize any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hassle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items purchased on markdown during major sale or promotional periods, are considered final sale. These items are not eligible for return. Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. Please include the original packaging with your return.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, we will issue a credit minus shipping charges. Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 15-day return policy from the date of receiving. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return for store credit, please contact us at contact@nindae.com.
